Our Returns and Refund Policy

We strive to provide you with the best quality service. However, if for any reason our product delivered to you was damaged, included an incorrect or misspelt name or the wrong phone case was provided, please contact info@inscribedco.com and include a photograph that clearly shows the issue. We will investigate and look to resolve. We will give you the choice of accepting a replacement case or a full refund should we agree with your claim. In order to successfully qualify for the refund, you will need to post the case in its original packaging back to us in the exact condition it was delivered to you. You will have a 7 day period after delivery to raise any issues or return requests. After this time period has elapsed, we will unfortunately be unable to process returns.

 

This applies only to customers who have opted for us to research the meaning of their name for their personalised product. If we are unable to find a conclusive meaning for a given name, such customers will be contacted to discuss alternative personalisation options. In the event that we fail to hear back from you 10 days after contact, we will issue back a full refund.
